George Conway, the odd husband of White House Senior adviser Kellyanne Conway, just picked a losing fight with Nikki Haley.
George took issue with Elise Stefanik’s performance during the televised impeachment hearings as if this isn’t all just theater.
It’s a spectacle and he knows it, having been an integral part of a few other government spectacles over the years.
George is a deeply entrenched conservative lawyer with all the usual bona fides. That said, he ought to have a bit more respect for how difficult he can make his wife’s job environment.
Certainly not many would publicly taunt and trash a partner’s boss, it is just bad form all around, causing many to suspect the two are playing some kind of game.
Whatever the truth is, Nikki Haley wasn’t having it and shut him down for going a bit too far calling Stefanik trash for defending Trump.

George Conway and former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley got into a heated back-and-forth on Twitter on Monday after she knocked the conservative lawyer and husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway for his recent criticism of a Republican lawmaker amid the House’s impeachment inquiry.
“This is absolutely uncalled for and disgusting. What is wrong with people? George Conway is the last person that can call someone ‘trash,'” Haley tweeted on Monday afternoon. Her tweet also featured an article published by Townhall, titled “George Conway: Let’s Face It, This Elise Stefanik Character Is ‘Trash.’”
